What should I do to complete my portfolio?

There is a tolerable knowledge of python-javascript-go.
There is no portfolio of projects to somehow show oneself on the freelance exchange.
What can you do yourself? Make a couple of sites of non-existent firms-online stores? Procrastination attacks, because it's useless work, and given my dislike for layout... True, you can take a free template... But it's somehow unprofessional.
Can you advise what to do? What is the best way to fill your portfolio with such a stack of technologies? Can you show your portfolio of projects?

Open Source projects on GitHub. Engage, develop, if it works, they will be a better portfolio than real stupid Internet stores.

These statements contradict each other. Knowledge in the field of software development cannot be without practice.
Write a couple of simple websites. For example a Toaster clone.

Hello, I already wrote about this on my blog, just choose a small project you like and do it for yourself, and there will be something to put in the portfolio and a gram of confidence for subsequent projects will appear.

Look for TK on any freelance sites. Make a couple of projects, albeit only for yourself, not to order. Well, or get a job for half a year in some development company. There will be experience and some portfolio.
Just as mentioned above, take ready-made things and make your own analogue.
But in general, a portfolio is a plus, but freelancing is not always needed, you can start without a portfolio. The main skills are confirmed by the test. Although without the experience of anything created, talking about skills is stupid. All skills are experience, not books read.

If you don’t have your own ideas, look for a project on spark.ru that you like - there are a lot of ideas, trouble with the performers :)

I think you have enough ideas. Start your startup, most importantly, it can be quite simple BUT it should solve the problem well if it is a general one, if not, then at least yours.

If you have the strength and desire to contribute to open source, then the project can be searched here , activity on the github will already tell a lot to an advanced customer.
For a portfolio, you can write something of your own - a parser, a browser plugin, an editor module, etc.
