I would like to buy a pro-account on fl.ru, for one month, in order to properly arrange a portfolio. And those lists are just terrible. Will my portfolio go back on the list if I stop paying for the account?

It won’t disappear, you just won’t be able to respond to works only for pros, your rating will drop, your portfolio will be as headings with links, and not thumbnails like with a paid account.
