What should I do if the USB ports do not work when I turn on the PC and I cannot enter the BIOS?
You need to reinstall Windows on your PC. I downloaded the installation USB flash drive, I reboot the PC, but I can’t enter the BIOS, since the keyboard starts to turn on only when the OS starts to boot.
What to do? I found a ps / 2 keyboard, I thought it might work, but it turned out that there are no such ports on the motherboard.
Can something be done in this case?

Perhaps your USB keyboard does not support BIOS, try a different one
. What kind of motherboard? Most PS / 2 port is present, can be combined for keyboard / mouse
I have come across more than once that the integrated network card dies in the motherboard - I insert a discrete or IDE ports - only SATA or PCI-E work - only the integrated video or PS / 2 ports work, then after a week or a month the motherboard dies completely.
It is better to replace the motherboard in advance either for money or under warranty.
