What should I do if the green LED is on all the time on the network?
There is a server on ubuntu 15.10, connected to the network via a lan cable to a switch, then to the WAN, the lan card is built into the motherboard. The electricity went out last night and was turned back on in the morning. I turn on the server, but it is not detected on the switch. On the LAN connector, the green LED is on all the time, for the sake of interest, I decided to try connecting the Wi-Fi module via USB, the server was defined on the network. I went to it via SSH (LAN is still connected), ifconfig is not visible to the network card at all (only loopback and wi-fi module). Is there any chance to revive the map?

If "remove-insert", "reboot" and "change port" did not help, then it is unlikely without a soldering iron.
Maybe the system reassigned the name after a crash?
cat /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
is it visible here? if so, either edit this file to return it to its old name, or set it up with a new name. if not - "pichal trouble"
either the BIOS settings have been lost or the network connection has died.
