What should I do if no one can access my server (including myself)?

I created a server in SCP: Secret Laboratory, but no one can access it, and neither can I. I tried everything I could find on the Internet, my Internet passes through a lan cable without a router. Two years ago everything was fine, and after that even the provider did not change, but for some reason now no one can access any of my servers.

Where is the game server up? Home computer, VPS\Dedicated?
You may not have changed anything, but the provider has changed. For example, I hid you behind a gray IP.
