What should I do if I wrote the video driver stopped responding and was successfully restored and then artifacts started?

What to do if I wrote the video driver stopped responding and was successfully restored and then artifacts began. When you press the mouse button, a strip appears at the top. What is it for?

Try installing a newer or older video driver.
However, here is the death of the video card. Change.

This is fine! Well, within certain limits, of course. For example, a broken cooler - poor cooling - stopping the card (driver) to protect it from "burning out". If the power system is out of order from overheating, repairs are required, not so expensive. And the video chip (video processor) could also "die" - much more expensive, but still cheaper than a video card, though it already depends on the ability to find such a chip or a donor (a dead card with a live chip) and its price.
Now that's a bad sign. This already leads to what I described above.
