What should I do if I changed permalinks?

Hello!
Changed yesterday permalinks on the working site. Naturally, everything was lost in the issuance, you can not go.
I used the Simple 301 redirects plugin (specified the old template and the new template there).
Do I need to do something else to get the links redirected, or just wait for the robots to crawl?

Well, have you checked that all old links open?
If yes then just wait.

Download all the pages that are in the index in Yandex.Webmaster, check them for availability (whether they all redirect correctly). If there are a lot of pages, you can use crawlers like Netpeak or Screaming Frog SEO Spider, they are able to massively check the availability of pages according to the list.
I also advise you to create a sitemap.xml sitemap with new links and upload it to the webmaster's office in the appropriate section.
