Yes, it is a duplicate, like any pages with the same content (including get parameters, as in your case).
Check the canonical meta tag, most likely you don't have it. I recommend installing this meta tag on each page, which links to the corresponding page. In this case, even from the pages "?width=500&height=500&inline=true#id-of-content" there will be a canonical to the main page, and pages with get parameters will not be included in the index.
Here is an example of a page with a GET parameter that has a tag on the main page: https://www.mvideo.ru/obzory?reff=infoblock
