What should be the work in the portfolio of an inexperienced layout designer?

Hello. I learned to typeset, mastered html, css, js (jquery, native only with Google, because I know few functions and methods), bootstrap, sass, git blah blah blah. In general, I want to find a job and get real experience, in general, I am building a portfolio site, but I need to fill it. For the purpose of self-study, I made up websites, or rather the main pages of some sites, because. in search of a layout template, I never found a whole site, only 1 page. So, is it a good idea to put a made-up home page on a portfolio site, and not the entire site? Considering that 6 examples of work are planned, and each will look like this. Of course, I will show my abilities in js on these pages, is that enough? Thank you.

да божешь мой, вы можете создать тонну демосайтов на бесплатном myfh.ru (через websurf киньте 90 просмотров каждого за месяц иначе закроют за непосещаемость).
а так для портфолио мало одних скриншотов.
Заказчик любит "пощупать" изделие и ему параллельно чем вы владеете. Главное для него удобство, шарман и респект. (удовлетворение по основным функциям).

Лучше лайв-версии, как по мне. Походить, посмотреть эффекты, возможно оценить код.
