What should be the sequence of creating an order in an online store?
Do I understand correctly that when you click on the payment button, before going to the payment system page, it is at this moment that we must create and write the order data to the database, create an Order?
Second moment. If the user is not authorized, does he need to create an account at this moment? After all, otherwise he will not be able to see his orders. Maybe even immediately and authorize it? But if there are simpler options for working with unauthorized buyers, I would be grateful for a hint.

IMHO, the order should be formed when you click the "Checkout" button in the basket. It will have a status of "created but not paid".

Send him an email with a link to view an order with tricky tokens, for example. Or offer to log in through openid.
