Features of project promotion under bourgeois (USA, India)?

Good day.
There is a CIS project that has lived to the stage where there is confidence in the product and that it can satisfy the potential consumer from the target geographic locations. We will not talk about a specific, narrow niche and features of promotion in it, but we will try to operate with more general concepts. Below I will give questions and my own vision of solving them, I would like to hear advice from more experienced colleagues in order to properly approach the promotion. So, we have an introductory - promotion under India and the USA.
I would be grateful both for detailed answers and for hints that serve as a vector for further research.
1. SEO. Search engine - Google. What is the best way to build? As a project manager, I don't know much about search engine optimization for the bourgeois web, so here's the idea built in my head (in order of priority, from highest to lowest): a) unique "rumbling" content; b) natural link mass (press releases, article promotion), donor sites from target countries with a large percentage of traffic from target countries; c) a large number of brand mentions in social networks that affect ranking and issuance. I ask you to confirm, challenge or make adjustments to this theory.
Also, at the moment, in the CIS search results, the site is in the TOP-20 for almost all queries
from the semantic core, and, of course, I would not want to lose these positions.
2. Contextual advertising. Since there are quite a lot of rivals in the niche, it is not possible to compete in contextual advertising even for low-frequency queries for economic reasons. There is an idea that it is worth promoting in the CPM format in order to increase brand awareness, further reinforcing it with other factors, but there is no certainty that this will work for a Western audience.
3. Guerrilla marketing. Within a niche, this can be social activity on behalf of the brand on thematic forums or question-answer aggregators containing a large number of target audiences. Is it worth the time and budget? Does it work west?
4. Affiliate marketing. In my experience, I have not had to deal with this at all, so I ask for any advice on this area - where to look for partners, what conditions must be met in order to interest them, what partner materials are most often used by the Western segment?
In conclusion, I would like to ask for recommendations on literature or other materials on consumer psychology of the geo-based segment I have chosen, as well as other materials that will help find answers to the questions above and approach the development of a promotion strategy correctly.
I would be grateful for any advice.
