What should a beginner choose, Java or Swift?
Decided to change path. It was hard to walk in the sea, health was not enough.
What is available, 31 years old, average knowledge of English, no experience, but a great desire to reach the end and succeed. And now the question is, which language to choose, with which one can theoretically get a job as a junior, Java or Swift?

Try different languages yourself and decide what you like. You need to REACH the line, when the skills will be enough to work as a junior. Everyone will give you different advice. It was quite easy and interesting for me to start learning Java, because there are a small number of language constructs. After a week or two, I could read the source codes of the standard library and, basically, understand what was happening there. But how do you know if you have an irresistible desire to quit everything because of some Java cons? Some of my friends like JS more, someone likes python. Of course, it will be much easier for them to reach the junior position for these positions, no matter how many developers are required for Android.
I think the choice of language will contribute to the achievement of the goal and enjoyment of programming. But besides programming, you will also have to solve problems (algorithms and data structures, at least the basics of OOP, etc.), in which case these skills will transfer with you to another language or ecosystem and will give you a lot in employment, no matter what language the employer needs .
