Why doesn't Eclipse Neon deploy project to GlassFish?

Installed Eclipse Neon - imported the project there.
I run it on the server, deploy happens, but that's where it all ends.

The feeling that the application does not start, the servers do not work out the links.
Moreover, if you do the same operation through Mars.2 - everything goes well. With deploy, hibernate starts, mapped links are loaded and controllers are launched on them.
No one has come across something like this?
