How to use frameworks in IntelliJ IDEA CE?

IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition does not include things like spring, hibernate, gwt, etc.
If I use CE, can I manually install these frameworks in my projects?
Or is it still necessary to buy an IDE?

You can. It's just that the IDE will lack such features as, for example, the transition between the bean from the code to xml.
And if you are a student, graduate student, teacher, etc. and you need the product for educational purposes, or you have an OpenSource project and need IDEA to develop it, you can get a license for Unlimite for free.
