How not to lose all the information and details when working with a customer?
There is a correspondence with the CEO, with the developers. There is an exchange of documents, tables.

CRM , and ALL communication with the customer/contractors only through it (without third-party chats/messengers). If the communication was by phone or in person, write a short "minutes of the meeting" and attach to the project/task. Then nothing is lost or forgotten.
