What material would you recommend on project management (specific content)?

Hello,
I plan to develop in project management. Unfortunately, now most of the material on project management is about software development, or general Project Management troubles.
Most interested in building an IT infrastructure from scratch in an organization: infrastructure planning, technical staff management, the right choice of suppliers, cabling, equipment selection, pitfalls, in general, a specific approach to business.
Is there anything that can help in this matter? Please advise.
