What resources can you recommend?

DD, by coincidence at work, I got 2 developers, SEO and content workers under my supervision, previously with very poor results I moved towards front-end development, on the advice of the developers I want to focus my free time on studying project management, please tell me ru / eng resources with articles or books that would be helpful, perhaps someone has gone down this path and have advice on introductory literature and priorities?

Plus the answer Konstantin Nagibovich , Ivan Selikhovkin's book is top, it's just for PMI.
I'll copy my answer from another question, the rules seem to allow it.
If you have money, you can buy a course from large online platforms (skillbox, netology, geekbrains), but if you have motivation and time, you can start on your own.
Courses:

  • Free and short course on the basics of the profession: https://pmclub.pro/courses/pm-101
  • A fundamental course on project management, if you pass the whole (really pass), you will be no worse than 20-30% of the market of managers: https://selihovkin.com/p/pmp-exam-prep

YouTube:
  • The programmer's alphabet . Gain insight into web development. What is it all about.
  • Flexible product management in a nutshell. Video

Books :
  1. Boris Volfson - "Agile development methodologies". Commentary: Briefly and to the point about the main agile development methodologies.
  2. Selikhovkin Ivan - “IT project management”. Comment: Gives a good theoretical background.
  3. Jeff Sutherland - SCRUM. A revolutionary method of project management.
  4. Maxim Batyrev - “45 manager tattoos”.
  5. Sarycheva, Ilyakhov - “New rules for business correspondence”.
  6. Boris Spirit - “Desperate account managers” (except for the part about characters). Comment: If you work in an outsourcing organization. helps to understand how to act with the client
  7. David Allen - GTD (Getting Things Done). "How to get things in order." Comment: a classic, many criticize, but if you are far from time management, it will help to structure at least somehow.
  8. C. J. Scott. - “Zero in Inbox”. Comment: Warmly recommend the Zero Inbox approach to mail management
  9. Jim Camp - First Say No.
  10. Gavin Kennedy - “Everything can be negotiated! How to get the most out of any negotiation.
  11. Tom DeMarco - Deadline. A novel about project management.

Project management methodologies:
  1. SCRUM (It is better to read Sutherland's book and Wolfson's manual above, but briefly here )
  2. Kanban ( habr )
  3. Waterfall, cascade ( wiki , third )

@Sanes

You'll figure it out along the way. Write more. Preferably schematic. What has been done, what needs to be done. What dependencies. Etc.
Everything should be in front of your eyes.
Not necessarily with software. Start with a regular notepad and pen. Over time, software will be selected. Everything is very individual.
