A platform to manage a team of ICS software engineers?

Good afternoon.
The team is small - up to 4 people.
We are closer to embedded developers than to IT - we don't have git, ci/cd, versioning in folders, etc.
Unfortunately, in PLC / SCADA systems, this comes very slowly.

Various products (software and hardware systems) are being developed, they are not serial, but rather typical - the product is being finalized (albeit slightly) for each customer.

I tried to manage projects in Trello in kanban boards - todo, in progress, done.
But I ran into the following problems:

1. Each implementation is essentially a similar, but still separate "project", i.e. a separate board is required.
   When there were 10 of them - it was tolerable, when it exceeded 40 - it became impossible, abandoned.
   
2. You need to add the same task to multiple boards.
   
3. Some simple analytics is needed (time tracker, progress, etc.).
   
4. There is no budget for a paid subscription, only a free version or something not very expensive (I will pay out of my own pocket).
   

Recommend some budget, fast and easily customizable platform.

It is difficult for a small team to find a really convenient solution, if you have experience, it is really better to write a solution for your needs, moreover, it is not so difficult at all. Question of a few days. But it will be exactly what you need.
Ready-made solutions are usually tailored to standard work methodologies for large teams and are overloaded with functions that are unnecessary for a small team.
