Team Management Books/Resources
Hello everyone,
It so happened that I have to manage a small team of programmers, in which I used to be myself. In part, I have been performing these functions for a long time, but now it is moving to a higher level. In connection with this, I would very much like to expand my knowledge in theory in matters of team management.
In addition to, in fact, practice, what would you advise to read / learn / what to pay attention to?

Oh, and a scary topic ... Nevertheless, for starters:
Tom Demarco.
deadline. A novel about project management.
Tom DeMarco and Timothy Lister
The Human Factor. Successful projects and teams.
Both books are a must read for everyone :)
As already mentioned by Tom DeMarco. I also recommend Joel Spolsky's Joel Spolsky's Guide to Hiring and Managing Programmers.
Of course Demarco. It is worth reading, as it writes clearly and funny in places. He also has a book, co-authored with Timothy Lister, "Waltzing with the Bears" - there is also a lot about managing projects and people.
I advise, because I myself am busy in this area.
