Tell me what services exist for organizing the delivery of monthly employee reports, the main criterion is the simpler the better.

Too general question. It is impossible to shove everyone under the same brush.
Developers should have a task tracker from which they can pull the report automatically.
For salespeople, it's the same in CRM.
Managers who work in some kind of internal programs should have their own KPI and reporting system.
If the company does not have formalized business processes and task management, then no software will help.

Monthly reports are an obsolete measure when there is a Task Manager.
