Scheduler with date recognition?
I am looking for a convenient scheduler for windows with the ability to work offline with such a feature as date and time recognition in a task.
That is: "Tomorrow by 12 noon, make a document", if today is May 1, 2014, turns into the task "Make a document" (date: 2014-05-02 12:00).
Or like this: "Submit a progress report every Friday" becomes a task "Submit a progress report" (date: 2014-05-02, 2014-05-09, etc.).
It's just much more convenient, just using certain rules for formulating tasks, to define them in this way, and not Write the task -> Choose the date -> Choose the time -> Saved.
