You need a calendar so that it can notify all users on the local network at the right time. There are 15 - 20 computers in the network. I tried to install owncloud, it did not work out. Thanks in advance!

what happened to the clouds? i.e. do not offer versions from google, outlook, etc.?
The solution depends on what you are already using. for example, if mail is organized through biz.mail.ru, then why look for something else.
