What's wrong with Yandex?

Hi all. I do not understand Yandex. But this is how the same thing has been happening for the last month: 2-3 HF queries are raised to the top 2-5, the next day they are thrown out for 3 pages in the search, but they raise completely different 2-3 HF queries in the TOP1-3 and then vice versa. I know about the multi-armed Yandex bandit, but it doesn’t look like him. the site is not young and I get into too fat places (top1-3). The site is already 2 years old, it used to steadily hold good positions, and now this is such nonsense. It turns out that the traffic stands still.

apparently quickly the bot considers something new and raises it as if it is news
if it is in the top of the page with fresh content or fresh indexing, then it should be so
