What's wrong with the job for the Open Server Task Scheduler?

There is a par.php script that I want to run once an hour. I'm trying to use the built-in Open Sever Task Scheduler for this.


Since I have sessions in a script, I can't use wget.exe, although this is what works. The scheduler runs the script every hour.

I need to run php.exe somehow, tried this:

E:\OpenServer\modules\php\PHP_7.1\php.exe -f --no-cache localhost/par.php

doesn't work... Can you tell me who already done or just know? How to properly assign a cron job to open server
