Error on the server, what to do?

OpenServer has an error on startup
2017-03-03 20:09:47 Starting server startup procedure
2017-03-03 20:09:48 File C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts is not writable
2017-03- 03 20:09:48 Disable the use of the HOSTS file or set permissions
2017-03-03 20:09:48 Launch failed!
I saw a similar post, they recommended typing the command at the command line - attrib.exe -s -r -h -a C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, tried to execute, writes that there is no access to this path. What to do ?

Run it as admin.
