Where is and how to see DNS Cache Windows XP?

Cleaning local dns cache:

ipconfig /flushdns

I go to Habr with ping, nslookup, through Chrome. I'm watching
ipconfig /displaydns | more

I see cached /system32/drivers/etc/hostsand nothing more.

Where is it and how can I see it? In server Windows there is dnsmgmt, but what to do on the desktop and where to see the rest of the contents of the cache?

UPD:
Access via Firefox and IE left entries in the dns cache.
Gone to look for Chrome's tricks in working with the cache. Thank you.

UPD2:
I sin on the built-in experimental asynchronous DNS client,
exposed in chrome://flags/
