How to make a site deployed in OpenServer on WinServer 2019 available on the local network?

Hello!
There is a need to deploy a corporate portal so that it is available on the local network for office employees. There is a server running WinServer 2019 acting as a domain controller. A (surprise!) OpenServer is installed on the server - a website (corporate portal) is spinning inside it. The site alias is registered with the ip-address of the server.
When I deploy a site using this technology on a simple computer, using the address of the machine in the Alias - it is available to everyone on the network at this address, this does not work with WinServer.
It is highly desirable not to exclude OpenServer from the system, because it is extremely comfortable to work with.

@Headcapitan

well, it is already available by ip, if it is not prohibited,
then you need to configure dns, if you need access by domain name
