What's with the pictures?

Good morning! Yesterday they sent me an archiver with dds files, I converted them and got png files, but these pictures look somehow different. Tell me how to process it so that it is like in the second picture?

As if the channels are mixed up or a color invert happened.
In FS open ChannelMixer and swap RED / BLUE
