The other day, windows 10 updated itself again without any permission, after the update the picture from the desktop flew off, fixed shortcuts flew off the panel, filezila constantly gives some kind of errors like:

the browser constantly forgets accounts, when I try to go to the appdata / roaming folder, I get:
prntscr.com/i9ofag
when I turn off the laptop, then after a while I lift the lid without pressing the power button - the laptop turns on itself and opens the browser on the last links, tried to install the torrent, it starts the installation and immediately closes process, what's wrong with my computer?..

I see problems with writing to subfolders of the user profile. check the permissions on the folder and subfolders of the user account, if you know how.
create a new account in the system, work under it for half a day. if the problem does not manifest itself - repair the rights to access files and folders in the old user account. if it appears - check the SMART of the system disk.
if the disk is in order - check with Victoria. if everything is fine here - some problem in the operating system or related software, look for or reinstall the OS.
