Is it possible to run AVD on AMD using Hyper-V Windows 10?
I have a stone from AMD and naturally Intel HAXM does not shine for me. Is it possible to run an AVD with Hyper-V Windows 10 and not Intel HAXM? (Android Studio IDE, not VS2017)

I solved the problem by re-deleting the volumes completely and re-creating the partitions during the Windows installation itself.
Check your hard drive for bad blocks. Or in the bootloader it is not correctly registered from where to load.
I have AMD fx4300. It turned out, on arm, but it works very slowly, which is not suitable. If you like, write in Yandex together "Android Studio Hyper-V armeabi-v7a arm64-v8a". This support was introduced in AndroidStudio in 2018, that is, recently. It is based on Hyper-V which is written by Microsoft. For AMD Risen, it may still be improved, but for the amd fx series it is unlikely. In any case, the situation has not changed in a year and a half.
As an alternative - the VSAE emulator from VS2017, it started up for me, but I couldn’t throw my application into this emulator. The rest of the android emulators are based on VirtualBox which also works crookedly on AMD fx4300. When installing them, they threw me into a blue screen.
Now I'm running an android emulator on an Intel laptop via remote desktop and ftp, which I'm happy with.
