Why don't all volumes appear in the navigation pane in File Explorer?

I can't figure out how to get drive C and drive F to show up in the navigation pane.

@MrCarter

What does the menu in the navigation area offer to do (a screenshot would be)? Alas, W10 is only at home. In 8.1, just choose to show all folders.
UPD: This is the case :) but I don’t have them at all0c4dcfea98144f5a9cee12577f4004e9.png
