Why don't all volumes appear in the navigation pane in File Explorer?

I can't figure out how to get drive C and drive F to show up in the navigation pane.

With the "show all folders" option:

What does the menu in the navigation area offer to do (a screenshot would be)? Alas, W10 is only at home. In 8.1, just choose to show all folders.
UPD: This is the case :) but I don’t have them at all
