How to properly configure GRUB?

At the moment, the laptop is running Lubuntu and Windows 7 Professional, I'm going to install Windows 10. I took care of the partitions in advance (the first for seven, the second for Linux and the third for ten). How to properly configure the bootloader so that the systems do not conflict? You can also offer your options for partitioning the hard disk

Option A: install win10, then restore the rough boot, the rough update along with restoring the boot partition will search all partitions and enter all found operating systems and ten and seven, etc. into the rough menu.
Option b: fasten to the Windows bootloader, but only with handles
