Hey! I read a business book a long time ago. It is more like an art book, but it refers specifically to business books.
The plot is this: a guy comes to work at a publishing house, goes nuts from the ongoing mess there. As a result, he sets up business processes there, becomes a boss and then like a partner. In between work, he thumps from fatigue :)

Something I was inspired by your question here is this book . It's not about the publishing house at all, but about the architect. Yes, and not about that at all. I'll just leave this here. =)
