What's the cryptic encoding?

Good afternoon!

Six months ago, I wrote a program that parses answers to tests in the LMS (distance learning system), which is used in my organization.

The principle is simple: you insert a link to the test - you get answers.
The answers to the test questions are in the code of one of the js scripts. This script is loaded when tests are opened (in a browser).

Everything worked without failures, but now, there was a problem. It looks like the developers have changed the encoding of the responses.
Used to be Base64. I decoded the required line from the script without any problems and parsed it. Now, when decoding, it turns out gibberish.

The data (JSON in UTF-8) is packed with Zlib compression and then in Base64.
