From my own experience, I have noticed that speakers of languages that are not the most popular among foreigners are more willing to correct your messages. There people are looking for interlocutors for a language exchange. But there are too many English learners, and few Russian learners (mostly Chinese), so finding an interlocutor is quite difficult, but possible :)
