Service for the formation of a personal dictionary (similar to LinguaLeo)?

Good afternoon! I have been using the LinguaLeo
service for a long time to replenish my vocabulary, but I don’t like that you can’t use the interpretation of words in English instead of translation, which at times is a bit strange. Tell me, maybe there is a similar service that has: 1. the formation of a personal user dictionary 2. instead of translation - the interpretation of words from a normal dictionary (dictionary.com, Webster, etc.) 3. the ability to upload your own text (subtitles, site page) and identify unfamiliar words in it (based on item 1) 4. the presence of an extension for browsers to quickly add a word 5. exercises for learning words
I understand that there are too many requirements, but I really don’t want to sit down to write myself if something similar already exists.
Thank you!

A new free service smartlingvo.com has appeared , the service allows you to upload files (books, subtitles) and build a frequency dictionary. They promise to add new languages, a library, game forms of learning words. My friends and I use this site now.

In my opinion , wordsfromtext.com should satisfy you
on points - 1, maybe 2, especially 3.
