You need to remove the layout from the system so that it is not possible to select it again in the "Language and Text Input Services" menu.
Punto Switcher is installed on the computer, which adds two layouts "rus" and "en". I already have "uk" and "en". As a result, I get 4 layouts. I need to remove these two layouts from the system so he can't add them.

I have win 7 ultimate 32.
