The order of the full name in Chinese and Spanish (Mexican) full names how to recognize?

A funny problem has arisen. The string is separated by spaces. There is FirstName , LastName academic degree and Patronymic in the understanding of the Anglo-Saxons.

Actually the question is which of them is what?

Fan Ju Shao (Chinese?)
Huan Morales Salva (these are supposedly Mexicans)
Huan Morales Salva Alta (they are supposedly Mexicans)

Well, maybe there are libraries that return initials?

In Chinese and Japanese, first the surname (usually two characters), then the first name (two or one character) (look at the credits of any movie). They don't have a last name.
