What qwerty device can be used as a notebook?

I need a simple notebook with a hardware qwerty keyboard (without double keys, when there are several Russian letters on one button, this is probably not convenient).
the most important thing is that the records can be downloaded , at least through a cable.
the presence of other prichenadals and their quality is not of interest, but I would like everything to a minimum so that the price is, for example, up to 5 thousand. For the last 10 years I have been using htc touch pro
for this purpose , everything fits and I like it, but in the keyboard the contacts are oxidized and the buttons already work poorly, and replacing the keyboard is now unrealistic. PS It's good to come to the store to poke, but it's not clear whether it will be possible to download these records later (if there is not a smartphone there).
