How to switch f1-f12 keys to work without fn?

Hello. I bought a new keyboard, multimedia functions on the f1-f12 keys are configured on it, and by default, without holding the fn key, these multimedia functions work. In the BIOS settings, hotkeymode is set to disable, while the laptop keyboard works as I need, and the external keyboard does not respond to BIOS settings. Please tell me how can I reconfigure the external keyboard.

Google and forums say that for my keyboard this problem can only be solved with third-party software. In my case, I used https://www.autohotkey.com/download/
The hp pavilion 800 keyboard, so whoever decides to take one, be aware of this feature. Otherwise, the keyboard certainly pleases in all respects.

Buying a normal keyboard right away is not fate right away? Do not reconfigure from the BIOS in any way - you need to configure it on the side of the keyboard hardware.
In some exceptional cases, you can configure it through the program from the manufacturer (like A4 Bloody mice).
