How to repair MBP 2016 keyboard?

For two years now I have had this miracle of technology, in which during this time the most important keys (shift, tab, cmd) and many side keys (0, -, 6, B, R, Y, SPACE, arrows) are either not pressed, or double, or both alternately.
I have already replaced a dozen keys, because. they just fell off (the keys themselves, not the mechanisms).
Buy, with an honest description of the problems and a significant price reduction (almost twice), no one wants.
So I started googling, I found in articles that in 2018 apples recognized their cant and extended the warranty of keyboards for 4 years and you can replace the keyboard for free without problems (I wonder how - will all the mechanisms be replaced on the keyboard?).
But I can't find anything about it on the Apple website, and the nearest authorized service center is 500 km away from me - in St. Petersburg.
I'm afraid to come to the service and they will tell me: "boy, get out of here," because. I won't be able to correctly point out what they should do (service centers are notorious for their reluctance to do things for free).
How to do it right? Where can I find info on the site to come to the SC and everything was done there without wrangling, and preferably quickly?

No problem replacing the screen on a 4 year old Macbook. Call Apple to see if your laptop is eligible for a replacement and at the same time register your purchase receipt.
