Macbook pro 2017 broke the gap - change only the entire topcase?

With a foolish mind, I picked out a gap on Mbp 13 2017 - it was removed without problems, but when I put it back, I broke all the clips.
In Moscow, did anyone make one key separately? Or they don’t take it, just change the topcase?
UPD: It's getting worse, it looks like the whole mechanism is broken there, the transparent one is glued to the topcase.
Is there no way to repair? Topcase only?

Everyone does. Call services. We have it costs ~75$ in Ukraine. Otherwise, the butterfly cannot be removed / installed anyway, this plastic with a membrane is dismantled and put on glue.
Separately, on Ebay you can find a button, a mechanism and a membrane (original, from a donor) for about 30 bucks and install it yourself.
