What keyboard can I choose to replace the HP Wireless Elite Keyboard?

Pros (for me, of course):
- Membrane
- thin
- wireless
- there is no distance between the keys (and compared to the HP Wireless Elite Keyboard v2, I like the v1 keys more)
- there is a numeric keypad
- Large backspace
- The normal size of the arrow keys.
- Weight: about 800 grams.
- insanely long work from two AAs
- Relatively small size (compared with v2)
Cons:
- Lack of indicators, including those in drivers (NumLock, CapsLock, Scroll Lock)
- Left bottom shift and button |\
- Home\Delete\End\PgUp\PgDown\Insert\Pause-Break are arranged like crap =)
- "Sleep" button right above Escape :D
I would like more pluses (priority ones are in bold) and fewer minuses (the most undesirable ones are in bold).
It is possible if the keyboard comes with a mouse.

See the comments for my answer. Are there universal USB dongles for wireless mice?
