Why is the WIN key not working on a laptop?

Hello!
Win key stopped working on laptop. When testing the keyboard, it shows that the keyboard works, but the ESC + WIN combination works.
Firewood rearranged, connected another keyboard, this key works on it.
What could be the problem? The key was not flooded and nothing physically could happen to it.

The cable is physically broken.

Somehow I bought a backlit keyboard and found that the Win-keys do not work for it either. Well, I didn’t really like it, and non-working keys are a reason to return it, which I did. Then I found out that this is such a game mode - so that, during the game, you do not accidentally open the Desktop. Apparently, I somehow accidentally turned it on. It may very well be the same in your case. Moreover, since ESC + WIN works, then everything is in order with the iron. Smoke manuals on the subject of how this mode is turned on / off.
Z.Y. On my QCYBER Syrin keyboard, for example, the WIN key is locked/unlocked with Fn + F12.
