We use Redmine .
We tried to work with FengOffice , but it didn’t fit - it’s too complicated, it’s problematic to let clients in to create tickets there.
Before that, we worked with streberPM . Refused because it is too "geeky" and accounting for the time of work in it is not convenient.

I really like TeamLab. However, it is currently still under development. I think in half a year it will be great. I also heard about the Action Method - also free (the truth about the possibility of hosting on your server needs to be clarified).
