xStarter - although old, we still use it at work to quickly set up "automation", it is very convenient to compile the script into an exe file and run it on the desired machine. Lots of features and support for protocols like FTP, SFTP... pretty intuitive and easy to learn.

I use AutoIT very simple, there is a Russian community.
also in previous answers didn't consecrate AutoHotKey (can record your movements and then repeat) part of the AutoIT team split off and made their own project.
