Which game dev companies need test automation?

I have been working as a test automator for 5 years already, and in the last year I began to get very discouraged by the monotony and triviality of the tasks being solved. Neither changing projects nor changing companies helps. Everywhere the same standard set of tasks that I have repeatedly solved.

Thinking about what to do, I came to the conclusion that it might be worth radically changing the subject area and leaving the enterprise for game development.

On hh and other popular job sites, I found only a few game dev vacancies in my specialization. The most interesting one is from the St. Petersburg wargaming studio, the rest are small, regional studios offering a salary several times less than my current one.

Perhaps someone else will tell game dev companies that need python/c# automators?

All gamedev offices need good automators. Literally everyone. But:
- not everyone understands the need;
- not everyone can pay them;
- this is often not a priority, as always with testing - recruiters are most likely focused on other specialists.
If the competence is high, I recommend not to look for offers, but to go through the top of the best offices and send them a resume. They say I am such and such, I will automate testing for you.
You can also contact the leads/team managers directly. They know this pain better.
Developers of mobile games should be in particular demand for automators: there are a lot of phone models and they all need to be checked. Guys and neural networks are already used to navigate interfaces. You can search for profitability ratings of offices and write to the top ones, they usually have no problems with money.
