What are the tools for creating the initial project structure from the command line according to a given template?

The first thing that comes to mind is corny to clone from the git, but the same package.json (and a lot more) then has to be corrected.
Is it possible to automate this somehow?
For now I'm looking at Vue-CLI

Copy the folder containing the desired template from your template blanks and set / edit the necessary variables inside this template: usually it is a js array or json file.
