What programs are there to create a transition scheme between web pages?
A two part question.
The first part: what is the correct name for such schemes (the right side of the picture with a yellow background at the beginning of the article)?
The second part: what are some simple but functional enough programs to create such circuits?
Context of the question: I am developing an application with multiple screens. A simple scheme of transitions between screens was sketched on paper, but I would like to create it completely electronically. So that you can sketch screenshots of the screens, connect them with arrows and make it as nice and understandable as in the picture. :)
UPD: The answers suggest tools for prototyping. But I don't need to prototype. And interactivity is also not needed. I want to create a simple page transition diagram so that all the pages fit on the same "canvas". In the same way as in the picture I provided.

If you need to create user-flows and ui-flows, you can try surface.pm - the service is very simple and also free. For example, I sketched a user-flow for Instagram, where the main user path is highlighted in yellow: surface.pm/app?doc=0BzAVhVnAFu33RV96LTVIZjI3VGM
And if you need prototyping, then invisionapp.com will be a great solution.
