Different layout and layout sizes?
Question about site layout and displaying the final result in the browser.
Website layout designed and implemented. Let's take a width of 1920px as an example.
This is how it should be on the screen:
Responsiveness is provided for smaller screen widths.
We have a 13-inch laptop with a 1920 * 1080 screen.
In theory, it should display a version for a 1920 screen. But a version for a smaller screen is displayed.
Although zooming in the browser is not worth it.

The problem is not on my laptop. The problem is on the client's laptop. The data entering while such.
With browser scaling enabled (Chrom Ctrl +), I admit this situation.
BUT browser zoom is not set.
What could be the problem? Give me good ideas please.
